We had another beautiful travel day, sunshine and very little wind, to our next destination Bordertown, NV. We left around 9:00 a.m. and arrived around 11:45. We got set up and had our lunch. After lunch I got to sit in the sun and spend some time reading while Rich washed the truck. We contemplated washing the 5er, but decided to wait. When you check in they give you free drink coupons to get you to go into the casino. We are not big gamblers, and when we stopped here last year, stopped in and left a few dollars. Well I guess because we didn't get enough last year, we tried it again this year. Like I said we are not big gamblers and after about an hour, left minus $3.25. Not bad for an hours entertainment and a couple of drinks. I think that will do us for another year. We are not big fans of smokey casino's and you always leave those places smelling like a dirty ashtray.
We had another relaxing evening just chilling out in the 5er, resting up for our travel day to Hawthorne, NV tomorrow.
P.S. we forgot to take a picture of our site here, we are out of practice with our camera. We'll try and do better tomorrow.
