Monday, April 22, 2013 (Lebanon, OR)

Monday we woke to sunshine but then it got cloudy for a while. Since it was too cool to start waxing, Rich called his sister Katherine and invited her over for a tour of our home. I forgot to get a picture, sorry Katherine. We had another nice morning visiting.

After Katherine left, the "work" began. Hand waxing the fiver is a big job; there is a lot of area to cover.

We started around 1:00 and by 4:30 only had about half finished. Boy my arms are sore, that’s a lot of rubbing, but boy it is sure looking nice. When we got the fiver in October, we were told to wait a couple months before putting any wax on it, and hadn’t had enough time or warmer weather to get it done these last three weeks we were waiting for our warranty work to be done in Bend. We wanted to get it waxed before we headed over to the coast. Looks like we’ll be spending another night here in Lebanon. That is what I am enjoying about our new lifestyle. We don’t have to rush to get things done, we can take our time. We had the conversation about finishing up after dinner, so we could head out Tuesday, but we are in a beautiful location, the weather is suppose to be nicer tomorrow, so let’s call it a day and relax for the evening. So we did precisely that
